What delivery method do Business Class Luggage use? We use UPS orUKMail couriers for all deliveries.
When will I receive my order? Your delivery will arrive between 3-5 working days
Do I need to sign for my delivery? Yes, Please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot
Returns Procedure Returns are only accepted with a valid returns numbers and Business Class Luggage prior consent, and goods must be unused, undamaged, and fully re-marketable. Please contact us for a return number. Please refer to our returns section for full details of this policy.
If items are exchanged for any reason beyond our control all shipping costs will be met by the customer
Cancellation We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Business Class Luggage does not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within 3 days of receiving the goods, but it may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement due to clearing bank schedules
