We will confirm your order by email, and let you know if any items are out of stock. We also have a facility to direct ship products from Victorinox Europe should our stocks be limited.

Our standard delivery timescales are 3 – 5 working days from the date of your order.

If you need express delivery at an extra cost or wish to add special instructions please complete the relevant section during the checkout process. We will then confirm the relevant details. Alternatively you may send us an email.

Deliveries will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery. For this reason we are unable to deliver goods to P O Boxes or a BFPO address.

Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted with a valid returns numbers and our prior consent, and goods must be  unused, undamaged, and fully re-marketable. The item must be 'as new' and no damage to the product or its packaging. Please take care when you remove the goods for the first time as the packaging is an integral part to the product.

Please contact us for a return number. We deduct the appropriate cost of delivery upon return if items are not exchanged.

If items are exchanged for any reason beyond our control all shipping costs will be met by the customer. A re-stocking fee may be applied for some large or special order items.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place a back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.

This web site contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance to English Law.

Those who access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

Complaints
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied.If you are unhappy with any aspect of the goods or services we sell please let us know in writing by e-mail.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and let you know how long it is likely to take to resolve. We will keep you fully informed.

Cancellation
We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. We doe not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods.
